Lori Silfen joins MGM

New Line vet will serve as senior vice president, music
MGM has recruited Lori Silfen to serve as the studio’s senior VP, music, the company announced Thursday.
Silfen will oversee all music affairs for the studio’s film and TV productions, as well as its catalog of publishing and masters. Silfen was previously vice president of music business and legal affars at Nickelodeon/MTV Networks Kids and Family Group, and spent 15 years at New Line before that. While at New Line, she helped develop the New Line Records label, which saw healthy returns from the soundtracks to “Sex and the City” and “Hairspray.”Similar Posts:
